Service, always attentive to our needs. The user-friendly app made dining reservations easy, and the warm welcome with complimentary drinks was a delightful touch. the complex tech in the room sometimes caused confusion, making it harder to control simple functions.

The staff was amazing the way they treated us felt like family not just guests. I remember asking for a romantic setup for my wife’s birthday and they totally nailed it with heart-shaped roses and a delicious cake waiting in our room.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but for what you get, it's worth every penny.

but the gym could use more equipment and it got crowded. also, the beach area needed better services for an adults-only vibe.

The Breeze Suite with Private Pool was an absolute dream, being super spacious and incredibly comfy. I enjoyed relaxing with a full body massage and unwinding in the steam room every day. The only downside was that my stay felt way too short, and I can’t wait to come back for longer! 😊

Housekeeping seems hit or miss. sometimes items are left uncleaned, and the service can be inconsistent. I wish the beach area offered better services and privacy for a supposedly adults-only vibe, and the gym could be larger to accommodate more guests.

The welcoming bracelet gift and the 20-minute dry flotation session added a unique touch to the experience. The staff, like Christos and Ioanna, went above and beyond, but a bit more efficiency at the beach services would have been appreciated. The gym could use more equipment, but the spa experiences were top-tier.
